Your First Appointment

During your first appointment, we will take the time to understand your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals. A comprehensive assessment will help us develop a clearer picture of your overall health. Where appropriate, in-office testing may also be performed, with results reviewed and discussed as part of your personalized care plan.

Our Cancellation Policy

To help us provide consistent care and accommodate clients on our waitlist, a valid credit card is required when booking your initial appointment.

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to the full appointment fee.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and consideration. This policy allows us to respect our practitioners' time while providing other clients with the opportunity to access care when appointments become available.
