“You should never date your roommate, “ they told me.

But my roommate was crazy smart, witty and handsome. I let him borrow my homeopathy notes and he helped me decode pathology - and the rest is history!

After graduating, we chose Calgary as the place to plant the seeds of life together. Twenty-three years ago, Integra Naturopathics was born.

Early on, we discovered the works of Dr. Weston Price, and our fascination with food medicine took off. Our fertility practice soared as we transformed the way we helped people on their way. Hormones love nutrient dense foods.

Arnel went on to study to become one of Canada’s only GAPS certified naturopathic doctors. He continues to work with people using this food-based strategy to help people with auto-immune and children with learning needs.

Our philosophy? Nature has provided extraordinary tools to help us live our best lives.

Since founding our clinic we’ve also created and sold a bone broth bar, co-founded Rumina Naturals and are getting ready to launch an online fertility support program in just a few months. Our greatest passion remains our clinical work, and we are so excited that you are considering us to be part of your health team.
